Rinat manages the impact initiatives of the Israeli Leadership Forum. During the war, she initiated dozens of projects for residents of the periphery and combat personnel. At the beginning of the conflict, Rinat spearheaded the purchase of combat support equipment, sweet treats, toiletries, and hot meals from south to north. Overall, she cared for over 150 battalions. In the "Supporting from Home" initiative, Rinat integrated high-tech companies, real estate firms, and our forum to find alternative homes for residents of the periphery. The initiative ensured fully equipped homes from A to Z
